So, The Cycle Gear in Culver City has always put out the red carpet for us. Yes, we do purchase a lot of different gear, as we have already gone through a few bikes and styles within the past months, but it never fails that Ozzy in general has always taken care of us. He understands that customer service is not "the customer is always right", but that he sees the overall goal we are trying to create by noting what merchandise that we have purchased over the months and guiding us to create as our own lifestyle.
